Allowed to Exist

You don’t need to be “perfect” or even “good” to be allowed to show up in the world. In a quote by Kay Johnson, "The forest is a quiet place if only the best birds sing." The world is made beautiful simply by all who exist in it. If we only permitted the “best” of anything to take up space, the world would feel empty. So, take up what space you want! There is plenty of room. You only help the world feel fuller by being unafraid to share yourself as you are.
