Spring 2026 Teen Confidence & Connection Groups
For teens from 13-17 years old struggling with social anxiety, overthinking, and low self-esteem
Crafting Confidence Crew
Starts: January 10th, 2026
Ends: April 18th, 2026
This is an arts & crafts focused group, where we will explore different mediums & art prompts to encourage self-exploration, identity, creative self-expression, unlearning perfectionism, and being learning to be vulnerable within a group of trusted peers
“Roll With It” Gaming Group
Starts: January 17th, 2026
Ends: April 25th, 2026
This is a board game focused group, where while the vibe is fun, we will be using these games to practice direct and indirect communication skills, creative problem-solving, embracing a competitive spirit while not taking losses as personal failures, engaging in friendly collaboration, and working through frustrations in the moment.
Each group will be meeting every other week on Saturdays from 2:30pm-4:00pm
$50 per group therapy session
(discounted to $360 if paid upfront)
Teens are welcome to join one group or both!
These groups will be tight-knit, with each having only 3-5 members (which is just perfect for not getting overwhelmed and actually building those deeper connections).

I tailor the specifics of each group based on who shows up, always making sure to emphasize comfort and connections first. Those who’ve attended my groups in the past have often expressed being sad to see them end, noting how they appreciated both having fun and laughing while getting the chance to realize that they aren’t alone, noticing that they felt happier and more confident without even realizing why. Plus, I’ve loved to hear how many of those friendships formed within group continued even afterwards.
