Therapy Services & Rates

Finding the right therapist is a big decision. I believe part of that process is knowing upfront what to expect, both in how I work and in what sessions cost. My goal is to be transparent and flexible so you can feel confident taking the next step.

Session Lengths Offered

Different people benefit from different pacing in therapy. That’s why I offer three options:

  • Half-Day Intensives (3+ Hours)

Designed for deeper, focused work—often using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) or Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). These intensives can be for an individual or include couples/family members when addressing shared experiences. They’re also useful if you want significant progress in a shorter timeframe, or if your schedule makes regular therapy appointments hard to keep up with.

  • 75-Minute Extended Session

Ideal for trauma work, and those who want more space to go deeper without feeling rushed, or who prefer a more flexible pace. Most of my clients seek me out for this option, and clinically, it is the preferred time used for trauma processing.

  • 45-Minute Standard Session

Great for ongoing support and steady progress. Many teens prefer this length, and adults who want talk-therapy or parts-work also find it helpful.

  • Group Therapy

Perfect for those of us struggling with relationships, feeling lonely, lacking a support system, or just wanting to stop the pattern of suffering in silence. Plus, this is a good option when money is tight but prioritizing your mental health needs to come first. While hesitant, many people are surprised by how much progress they make by healing in the presence of others! Learn more about current groups being offered here.

Who I Work With

I work with:

If you have a child younger than 12 and believe they may be a good fit for my style (like if they have a single incident trauma or a phobia), reach out and we can discuss whether it’s the right match.

Likewise, if you have particular needs and are concerned about whether or not I can accommodate them, it doesn’t hurt to ask. I pride myself on my ability to adapt, and if I can’t support you, I will often at least try to find you some good leads about where you can find the support you are looking for. Everyone deserves a chance to heal, even if the process or setting needs to be modified in some way.

If you want more information about specific populations or problems I work with, check out more the specific pages I have throughout my website. I go into a lot more detail about how I help different people, but if you don’t find yourself there, don’t worry, I work with plenty of others!

Session Rates

3-Hour Intensives: $360

75-Minute Sessions: $180

45-Minute Sessions: $120

Insurance
I do not accept insurance. This means I’m considered out-of-network for providers, and payment is due at the time of session. I can provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to seek reimbursement through your insurance. I also partner with a 3rd-party service, Thrizer, which can submit claims on your behalf. Once you’ve met your out-of-network deductible, Thrizer allows you to pay only your estimated co-pay, while ensuring I receive my full fee.

Discounted Rates
I believe therapy should be accessible. I reserve a portion of my caseload for reduced-rate sessions. If you feel we’d be a great fit but the standard fee is out of reach, please don’t hesitate to ask me about a discounted rate.
